Dr. Juris Bunkis to Speak at the Orange County Plastic Surgery Skin Care Seminar: February 25, 2009

Dr. Juris Bunkis, the renowned plastic surgeon from California will deliver a lecture on the beneficial aspects of plastic surgery and his staff will go over the latest in skin care at a seminar to be held at the OCPS Rancho Santa Margarita office on February 25, 2009.

This seminar, titled “Everything you always wanted to know on plastic surgery” is particularly aimed at educating the general public on the immense role plastic surgery plays in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and boosting confidence levels by conferring a more youthful appearance in individuals. It also seeks to dispel and address any misconceptions that individuals may have had on plastic surgery in general. The Orange County Plastic Surgery staff will review the latest in skin care, and representatives from Allergan will introduce Latisse®, the newly FDA approved eyelash lengthener.

The venue of the plastic surgery seminar has been scheduled at the premises of Orange County Plastic Surgery (OCPS) office, 30212 Tomas, Suite 275, Rancho Santa Margarita, California.

Plastic surgeries are specialized surgeries performed to repair, restore or change body parts to present a more natural and enhanced appearance. They call for careful preparation of the patient’s skin and tissues, by precise cutting and suturing techniques, with a view to minimize any external manifestation of surgery

Plastic surgery procedures include in the main facial surgeries, cosmetic breast surgeries, body shaping surgeries, laser procedures, cosmetic injections and a slew of other body shaping cosmetic procedures that eliminate the unwanted and excess fatty deposits from specific body parts ensuring a more youthful and natural looking appearance without the least tell- tale signs of surgery

Dr Bunkis will discuss the facial surgery procedures he performs, including facelift, endoscopic brow lift, mid face/cheek/thread lift, blepharoplasty ( eyelid), rhinoplasty (nasal surgery), chin and misc implants, micro fat grafting and otoplasty( ear pin back) among others.

The seminar is borne out of Dr. Bunkis’ eagerness to educate the general public on the immense benefits accruing from a plastic surgery and to share his vast knowledge and experience with the community at large.
