Administrative Information

Fees

All fees will be discussed freely in advance by the office staff. The fee will initially be presented to you by our patient coordinator. The surgeon’s fee will vary with the extent of the area to be treated. When multiple procedures are performed at the same sitting, a discount may be given for the added procedures. Additional costs will be incurred for Surgery Center fees, anesthesiologist services, laboratory tests and subsequent procedures. It is important that you understand that the patient is responsible for all costs associated with secondary surgical procedures.

In compliance with the recommendations of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, it is customary to pay all fees for cosmetic procedures prior to the operation. This assures that the patient is sincere in his/her motivation and can afford the surgery, thus creating a better patient/physician relationship. All fees must be paid prior to surgery, no later than the date of the preoperative visit.

Financing

Financing is available to patients who choose it! The office staff will be glad to assist you to arrange financing if this is desired. The staff will introduce you to a financing company and assist you with the necessary paperwork.

Insurance

If you have medical insurance and your procedure is covered, please remember that recovery of any insurance benefits is between you and your insurance company. If requested, our office staff may be able to assist you with you insurance forms. But recovery of any insurance benefits will be your responsibility.

Several payment options are available including cheques, VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Financing can also be arranged.
